The ASTYM System: The ASTYM System is a rehabilitation treatment that provides a breakthrough in the way soft tissue injuries are treated. The system identifies and treats abnormal soft tissue, tapping into the body's natural healing process to enable rapid return to activity, free from pain and limitation. Research has shown that in many cases of chronic tendinitis, the tissue is not inflamed but is degenerative. Most treatments ignore these soft tissue dysfunctions, and therefore are not effective for treating the problems that result from them. The remarkable success of the ASTYM System is due to the fact that it directly addresses dysfunctional soft tissue, the underlying source of many problems.

The McKenzie Method: The McKenzie Assessment process is a unique assessment method that allows the therapist to determine what specific exercises a patient might need to resolve his or her problem. A thorough assessment enables the identification of pain patterns that patients are exhibiting and allows the patient to start to deliver therapy through specific exercises designed to help them recover to full function. The McKenzie method has been one of the most researched assessment processes available. It's a very reliable method when assessments are done by a credentialed therapist. Not only does this process address the current pain patterns, it also provides education and exercise strategies to prevent a recurrence of the specific condition.
